Make room for something different.

Helping adolescents and adults heal from anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and perfectionism so you can create a life that’s more authentic and fulfilling

You might be here because…

Close-up of a person planting a small plant in soil with trees and sky reflected on a glass surface.

Anxiety keeps your mind running, long after everyone else has gone to sleep.

You’re exhausted from trying to meet everyone else’s expectations, while ignoring your own.

Food, body image, and exercise are starting to take over your life.

Your teen is struggling, and you’re not sure how to help.

You’re ready for more than coping - you want real, lasting change.

If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

Hi, I’m Colleen!

Hello!

Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist.

I believe healing happens in relationships. When you feel truly seen and understood, that is when you can begin to see and understand yourself. My role isn’t to tell you what you want or who to be. It’s to be a partner in helping you find the wisdom that has existed inside you all along.

Clients often describe me as warm, collaborative, and gently direct. I’ll give you a nudge when it’s helpful and celebrate your progress along the way.

I specialize in treating eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges with preteens, adolescents, and adults.

My Specialties
